Bon Jovi, Camila Cabello & More To Be Honored At iHeartRadio Music Awards

On March 11th, at The Forum in Los Angeles, many awards will be handed out during the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and three more honors have just been revealed. Being honored at this year's iHRMAs will be Bon Jovi, Chance The Rapper, and Camila Cabello

Bon Jovi will be receiving the first-ever iHeartRadio Icon Award; news that was revealed during the band's intimate genre-spanning iHeartRadio ICONS with Bon Jovi show. The legendary rock band, who is also being inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year, is being honored for their 35 year career and impact on music. Bon Jovi will also perform during the annual awards show.

Chance The Rapper will receive this year's Innovator Award. The three-time Grammy winner (and seven-time nominee) is being recognized for his groundbreaking accomplishments in music and undeniable contributions to social causes. As an independent artist, he has risen to the top of hip-hop superstardom and uses his voice to fight for youth empowerment through the arts, and education through his non-profit organization, SocialWorks. Chance is also up for the socially voted category (VOTE HERE) Best Remix for his collaboration with Francis & The Lights, "May I Have This Dance."

Additionally, Camila Cabello will receive the first ever Fangirls Award, an honor presented by L'Oréal Paris and iHeartRadio that recognizes a female artist who has pushed boundaries with her music and message while inspiring her fans around the globe -- so very Camila.

Taking the stage during this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards are previously announced performers include Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Maroon 5, Camila Cabello and Charlie Puth, and the 2018 festivities will be hosted by DJ Khaled and Hailey Baldwin

And for the first time ever, this year iHeartRadio will present seven awards in the seven nights leading up to the Sunday, March 11 telecast. Each night at 8 p.m. ET, an artist will be presented their award and give an acceptance speech.

Voting for the socially voted categories has begun, and so far, the competition is so close! Fan voting will determine this year’s Best Fan Army presented by Taco Bell, Best Lyrics, Best Cover Song, Best Music Video, the Social Star Award, Best Solo Breakout and the first-ever Cutest Musician’s Pet, Best Boy Band and Best Remix awards. In addition, fans will get to vote on social media during the show for winners of the Best Performance and Best Dressed awards, which will be announced immediately after the event.

Social voting for the Social Star Award and Best Fan Army presented by Taco Bell award began through iHeartRadio’s social sites and in the iHeartRadio app on January 9. Social voting for all other categories began on January 10th and will close on March 4th, with voting for the Social Star Award and the Best Fan Army presented by Taco Bell award continuing through the evening of the awards on March 11th. Fans can vote by visiting iHeartRadio.com/awards.
